Die Manufacturing

The project is mainly carried out by our technical office in coordination with our clients' technical offices, and the preliminary design must be submitted to the client for approval and manufacturing.

After manufacturing and assembly, the dies are tested on our test presses in the presence of the client or by sending samples.

In special cases involving “transfer dies,” we start from the client's design, unless they decide to commission us to carry out the design.

We have a technical team specialized in the design and development of dies, capable of analyzing each project in detail and proposing the most efficient solution.

Our approach is based on combining experience, technical expertise, and a thorough study of the part, with the aim of achieving designs that facilitate both the manufacture of the die and the precise production of the final part.

Design and manufacture of tools

We develop custom tools designed to facilitate and optimize our customers' manufacturing processes. We analyze each need individually and design practical, robust solutions adapted to the real production environment.

Our technical team works from the initial concept to the final manufacture of the tooling. We offer all kinds of solutions, from assembly and verification tools to specific devices for complex operations.

At Trofec, we also develop special parts and unique components, tailored to specific needs or non-standard processes. We carry out the complete design when the customer needs it, or we work from their previous design.

Our machining capabilities, including parts up to 2.5 meters, allow us to manufacture complex, high-precision parts.
